The procedures

• You can request all the necessary information and documents via the contact form on our website or by email.

• We will then contact you personally, as trust and transparency – based on direct communication – are the core values underpinning all our services. We will send you the documents to complete, along with a detailed description of the procedure.

• Please note that we are legally obliged to carry out a preliminary legal and tax check on all transactions carried out by a paying organisation. In particular, we must demonstrate compliance with, and adhere to, the regulations and laws relating to money laundering.

Our group works with leading banks.

• The documents you receive include:

• Customer information form – your personal details and, where applicable, information about your business. Please attach a scanned copy of your valid passport or identity document when returning this form.

• Payment Mandate Agreement (PMA) – the key document governing our mandate. This PMA will apply to all future transactions.

• Appendix A – Payer(s)’ details. This form must be completed with the personal and contact details of the party or parties who will be transferring funds to the payer’s account;

• Appendix B – Information regarding the beneficiary or beneficiaries. This form must be completed with the personal and professional contact details of the beneficiary or beneficiaries of the funds from the payer’s account. Please attach a scanned copy of the passport or identity document for each beneficiary.

• We require all relevant underlying contracts and fee agreements relating to your transactions, such as sale and purchase agreements, irrevocable framework fee protection agreements, fee protection subcontracting agreements, etc. These documents are necessary to fully substantiate the legitimate origin of the funds (source of capital) credited to the payer’s account.

• Notarised photocopies of identity documents (passport/identity card) for all beneficiaries

• Once the initial fees have been paid into our business bank account to cover set-up costs, the due diligence checks are finalised and regular communication is established with all parties involved.

Fees

In order to keep costs down for our clients at this stage, we offer a project assessment and structuring service (pre-transaction audit), the cost of which ranges from €5,000 to €25,000 depending on its complexity. For the transaction itself, we charge a commission of between 1.5 per cent and 5 per cent of the transaction value, again depending on the complexity and size of the deal.

• Project due diligence (legal aspects, money laundering, taxation, etc.): €15,000 to €50,000 depending on complexity, stakeholders, countries and volume.
• Set-up fees for all transactions (document verification, banking agreements, communication): a flat fee of €5,000 to €8,000
• Transaction volume up to €500,000: 5 per cent
• Transaction volume from €500,000 to €1,000,000: 3 per cent
• Transaction volume from 1,000,000 euros to 10,000,000 euros: 2.5 per cent
• Transaction volume in excess of 10,000,000 euros: 1.5 per cent

All fees quoted are exclusive of bank charges and transfer fees.

Our aim: to build an international infrastructure that is not only legally recognised, but also capable of operating effectively and sustainably.
